We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, the sales manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships, and driving sales growth. The manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service and have a proven track record of managing client accounts effectively. The key responsibiltiies include developing and implementing sales strategies to drive the growth of our IT hardware products, including servers, workstations, and other related hardware. Additionally, he/she will identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on acquiring new customers, achieving KPI’s and expanding existing accounts. Preferably in the IT hardware industry (5 to 8 years preferred - Arabic speaker required)
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for communicating with leads coming from various channels and providing them with an exceptional first impression of our brand. This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely and professional communication. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about customer service, skilled in building rapport, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the specialist will maintain updated details of all leads and share this information with the sales managers to support their efforts. Preferably in the IT or hardware industry (2+ years preferred)
